Time for the Machine Shop!

So. . . I FINALLY found a decent machine shop, spent the better part of an hour at there BSing with a guy who actually knew mopars, imagine that! Heres what I’m working with:
318 (stock bottom end, for now) Comp 268 cam, MP springs, edelbrock performer and 4bbl 600 carb, headers into 2 1/2 duels.
I was going to get the heads buzzed about 30-40 thous to bump up my compression. The guy quoted $55 per head for 30 thous, but he said I’d be much better off spending $125 and getting the heads hot…

The Blonde Guy…

A blond guy and a brunette girl were happily married
and about to have a baby.

One day, the wife started having contractions, so the
husband rushed her to the hospital.

He held her hand as she went through a trying birth.
In the end, there were two little baby boys.

The blond guy turned to his wife and angrily said,

lets show your 4 barrel

I am hopping on a few of our members that are running a four barrel carb on there slant 6 can show me a few pictures of your install.
So lets see your set up’s you have came up with.
Fall is on its way and I am about to fall into my 170 with all fours.
I am sure there are a few different way to go about it.:-D

Thanks again,
And I hope to see some good info here
for me and every one that visits.

But!! mainly for me.:toothy10:

New around these parts

I finally found my Duster. I just bought and it looks like I may have paid more than I should have for a Feather Duster. In the end I don’t particularly care. To find a cheap one would have required travel which raises the cost. My goal is to bring this back to a good “original looking” condition and make this a mostly daily driver. Here is a picture

It is not mine… But I am oddly tempted to go look at it. If I only had a larger garage.
