The Dart started missing and then smoothed out but started knocking very loud. It's a high pitch knock not like a rod. Pulled the valve cover and #2 exhaust lifter could be pushed down like it was collapsed. All the others are fine.The valve is opening when turning the motor over. This is a 318 with roller lifters, replaced the lifter and still the same thing. Does this mean I have a plugged oil passage? If so how can I open it?
