Out of retirement advice?

I am ready to bring my ’70 Challenger R/T 440 out of an 18 year retirement. It’s been stored in my attached garage. I had no intention of storing it for years, so I didn’t oil the cylinders. My question is, should I squirt some oil (Marvel Mystery, Kroil, similar) through the spark plug holes, or would I be better off pulling the heads, oiling the cylinders and repllacing the valve springs and seals? Oil Pump gasket

Head Gasket leak

Checked my oil and it looks like chocolate mike dang! I need to pull the engine to do other work but wanted to ask
you guys, if I should remove exhaust manifolds or just unbolt from exhaust and pull it with them on? Looks like it will clear lifting the engine up and out.
I plan to replace heads and intake gasket’s. I want to clean up the engine and paint it also. I was planning on doing that later but the leak forced my hand.

Exhaust manifold gasket

My mechanic who’s been a mechanic for like 40 years and a big mopar guy told me when i install my exhaust manifolds not to use a gasket he said the factory made and the heads milled the manifold to bolt the head with no gasket. Im kinda afraid not to use a gasket. Your thoughts
