i have a 73 valiant 318 with small cam and edelbrock 600 performer carb. i got the calibration kit and leaned the cruise stage out 2 stages. runs great but idle isnt steady. bought a vacuum guage and when i hooked it up to start with i had about 15inches at idle but very erratic reading. retarded timing till it settled down and its now at about 12.5 inches of vacuum. this put me at about 10 degree initial timing. i adjusted my carb screws out to max vacuum and it runs pretty good but engine…

I got a 74 Duster with a 360ci in it and the fuel pressure is erratic at best. Little over a year ago the stock fuel pump went out so I upgraded to a holley pump. Long story short worked well till 40+ year worth of gunk clogged the fuel line and also developed a leak after a long trip. Put a new tank, sending unit, 3/8 stainless lines, and hoses under it got it back on the road. Hello all, I have a problem with my carb, it was totally rebuild and tuned but I can´t get it to run right, keeps getting flooded, any thoughts on how can I solve this??

I picked up a 4 barrel single snorkle air cleaner from the local pick n pull that came off of a small block Cordoba. I plan to modify this guy to remove the snorkle & shoot it wrinkle black & use it in conjunction with Mopar wrinkle black valve covers as the chrome piece I have on there now just screams “Not a Mopar”.
