steering wheel connection problem-old style 2 spoke and also horn button problem for

Ok- here is the dilemma. I have the older style 2 spoke chrome?? steering wheel-(Im guessing from a 67 Dart??). Anyway- I really want to use this steering wheel but need some way for it to bolt/ slide over splined shaft. It has the horn button assembly already attached-no nice horn button top though. Anyway- what can I use to hook to the wheel to hook the wheel to the splined column shaft to bolt it down to?? Did that make sense?
Other problem- since I cant figure that last problem out yet, I am delt with using my original 3 spoke steering wheel. Problem with that is the horn spring piece- the part that pushes down onto the metal part of the wheel to make car go beep, wont attach to the steering wheel itself. I figure there is a way to secure it or bolt it to the wheel, but looks like I cant take the horn cap off with out ruining it. Basically- the steering wheel will bolt to the splined shaft, but am I missing a clip or something to keep the horn button connected to the main part of steering wheel?
I hope this all makes sense to someone. I am hopefully getting car inspected in the next week or two. Car hasnt been road legal since around 1994. I am rebuilding this car by memory- was tore apart for over 10 years.
