Been working around cars since High School in 1959, Raised in California in the '50-'60's and still like the classic '50-'60 era cars. Mainly have been a Corvair owner and restorer but saw a nice '65 4 Door Dart on Craigs List and am working at purchasing it. Needs a little work to get it road-worthy (broken shift cable) and a few trim parts and I will have a very nice driver. Owner is out of town for a few days so additional information that I need is a few days away and 250 miles away to get it.
Just would like to have a nice daily driver.:mrgreen:
Need to know what to look for body wise, etc. to make sure I do not get a lemon!
225 (?) and Torqueflite, 270 Trim Level
So what do you all think, good enough for a old hot-rodder?
