can't quite get this one figured out, it has been molested...
what is the original horn actuator? i'm thinking something in the steering wheel, as there is no button anywhere else i can find.
i took the steering wheel pad off and there is a black wire going to what looks like a rotating plate on the back of steering wheel, and connects to a terminal on a barss plate behind steering wheel pad/cover.
what would activate the horn? is there a switch/button missing between this brass plate and steering wheel cover?
i also found a blue wire connected to the horn fuse terminal, has a female spade connector on the end which is hanging loose...this is meant to go to horn relay possibly? it had a yellow (12v memory) wire for CD player
this connects to a "double" terminal at the fuse. the other wire is pink and goes up through the dash and is hanging below the glovebox...this is where they had the horn connected....they had a 2-wire running to the horn, one on each terminal of horn....conencted to this pink wire near glove box and other to a black with white tracer near glove box.....no clue how it would be activated though....
