I have a 73 duster, I replaced the wiring harnness with one from a 73 dart. I was having wiring problems battery would not stay charged and stuff like that. I replace the battery with a newer one that had more cold cranking amps. That problem is handled. Now I went to start it and when it did start the car ran like crap, I guess the timing was not right. Now I checked the plugs they where are filed. Replaced with new plug. I got a eldebrock carb 650cfm. The car still just don't wanna start. It turns over and there is a little fuel spouting out of the carb but it still does not wanna start. Does this sounds like more than just timing issues? The car would just start right up and run with no problem before. The engine is a 318 thank you.
