I know… I shouldn’t have such wide tires then, but I like how it looks.
The thing is that the tires fit just fine, but I swear the lip on the inside of the wheel well is at least 2″ in, and sharp! I have new tires, and they are already chewed to sh*t! I put in air shocks and it’s much better, but once in a while it hit a bump I don’t see, and crunch! and it hurts! One of these times I’m expecting the tires just to blow. Now I don’t even drive it that much.

Is there a way to eliminate that…

I have come across a 78 Dodge Motorhome with a 440 in it. It appears to be complete mechanically and is unmolested under the hood.

It is a big ugly thing, but is complete. Working on a price, but it will be cheap.

Approximately what do Motorhome 440’s and 727’s go for? It does not have a brake on the back of the 727, but it is a fixed yoke.

I imagine that it will have low-compression and maybe some wierd heads etc.

Just curious before I make an offer.

How to build Max performance Mopar big blocks. I just got it in the mail today from a board member here. BY FAR the best mopar book I have in my now extensive collection.

I am looking any pics of GF3 Dusters. I am contemplating painting my car back that color but I can’t visualize it since my car was “dark grey” when I got it. Any help would be appreciated. It’s not gonna be a 100 point resto but how many stay that color during modification?

There’s a 69 Hemi Daytona, a 70 FM3 Super Bee 440/6, the green 1971 Demon, and Dick Landy’s AF/X 65 Coronet. cool stuff!

I have been around cars for a long time and love the 68 Barracuda. When I go places I almost never see them. Yesterday I went to the local drag strip for a show called “Gathering of the Geezers”. This was an event that alowed the 50+ crowd to drag race against each other. Very nice event and a lot of fast cars there. Including 3-68 cudas a 67 and a 69. The only time I’ve seen more in one day was at the Woodward Dream Cruise. So I guess they don’t just fade away they go drag racing!
