Windshield Seal leaks when raining

Hi

The windshield on my ’66 Newport leaks at the bottom when it is raining. I get little pools of water at the seal where it meets the dash pad. Not a lot, but enough to drip down and potentially ruin the carpet (again).

Roof seam.

I have a question about my 300 top. The vinyl was removed and there is some pieces of the body puddy at the roof lines missing.Can I just sand down and use body filler, bondo, or is there something better to use prior to a new top?
