Does anyone have a rear filler panel, often called Dutchman panel, for a 76NYB 2dr (or any compatible model/year) that they can part with?

My 76 NYB recently lost ALL electrical.
I changed the flashers for the hazards and the turn signals, when I put everything back together and tested them with a loose connection at the battery the flashers worked fine.

Blower Motor Resistor location
Hi All,
Where is the blower motor resistor located in a 76 NYB?
It’s NOT an auto-temp system.
I still get all the speeds, but the switch gets VERY hot!!!!!

Catalytic converter?
While changing the wheel bearings this past weekend on my 76 NYB, I took a look underneath to see if there were any issues that need addressing.
It appears, there is what seems to be a catalytic converter in my exhaust system.

New Front wheel bearings
Spent the weekend lifting the front end and replacing the wheel bearings!
What a difference in just the sound of the car on the road!
On a different note:
Does anyone know why I have what looks like a factory hole in the middle point of the front bumper? I’ve looked at other cars and they don’t have it.
I know the one on the left side is for the license plate bracket I just can’t figure what the center hole could be for.
