How do I clean rust stains off my white sidewalls?

My Rallye wheels drained some rusty water across my white sidewall tires, and now I have these rust stains on the sidewalls that I can’t get out. Tried Ajax cleanser with bleach, but this didn’t help. Brillo pad didn’t help either. Any ideas as to how I would get them bright and white again? Some sort of special bleaching rust remover? Thanks!

Hi Mopar guys and gals: Cruiser here with a cooling system question. I’m pretty particular about keeping up the cooling system in my bone stock 1974 slant six Duster. The owners manual says the proper way to change the coolant is to knock out the freeze plugs in the side of the motor to drain all the dirty coolant out. I’ve never done this in any slant six car that I’ve ever owned. First of all, I wouldn’t know how to get them out or back in. And second, they’re nearly impossible to access…

Help! My paint is cracked!

Hi All: I could use some help in the paint department if you wouldn’t mind. My 74 Duster came from the factory with JY9 Tahitian Gold paint, and was repainted once in 1988 in the same color. I’ve noticed some odd cracking on my trunk lid and hood – see photo. The rest of the paint is just fine. I’ve seen products advertised to make these cracks go away, usually a fluid that you rub into the crack. I don’t want to repaint these areas, just looking for a cheap fix. Has anyone ever used a…

Need help with a Dodge Charger question.

Hello All: Cruiser here. And yes, I know this is a B-body question, but here goes anyhow. I was driving my very stock 1969 Charger last night. About 35 minutes into a 60 minute drive, I noticed the ammeter was flickering pretty wildly between plus or minus 10 amps. I also noticed that the headlamp switch was noticeably warm to the touch. Hi Guys/Gals. Just ran into a problem with my 69 Charger last night. The car has been restored and is very stock. I was driving for about an hour just before dusk.
