I got new rear brakes for my Scamp the other day. They had the square hole instead of the round hole for theparking brake. That is the top hole in the brake shoes. They are 10" brakes. I tried themand they don't adjust down far enough. It's like trying to drive with theparkinhg brake on. I had the local parts stopres check their inventory and that is all they had. I checked a couple of web sites and they said that you need the brake hardware kit paret number H044 to use these brakes on pre 1976 vehicles. I have been unable to find this kit anywhere. One local parts store can get me 10" rear drums for a 69 Dart. They have no listing for a 75. Are these brakes the same or is there something different about the shoes?
