I pulled my dash out last night and found a few wires that are stumping me as to what they are for. I have a 70 Dart service manual but it doesn't have the rallye dash wiring diagram in it. If it helps the car has a centre console, no A/C, no rear defrost, factory tach, power brakes, power steering, lighting package, thumbwheel radio that had been changed out to a different head unit.
So my question is what the heck is 1 + 2 (that i am holding) and 3 (that is cut off) in the photo?
1 - is/was some kind of accessory i am guessing (and the blue under it i believe leads to the tach?)
2 - isn't labelled at all in my service manual, nor is the pink directly above it, although it says radio/back up lamp on the fuse so maybe its either radio power or back up lamps
3 - i think it may be either the dome lamp or go to the stop lamp, emergency flasher
Any ideas??? They were all taped up and not connected to anything.
