Hi, I have a 65 dart with a 225 slant six and a auto trans, I believe its a 904. my problem is my car won't go into park. physically on the column it does but not in the trans. it goes into R,N,D,2,1 fine it just won't hold in park. the shifter does feel a bit sloppy. i was hoping that there might be an adjustment that may be needed. i hate to get it rebuilt for such a silly problem because it shifts flawlessly. good thing my e brake works !!!!! any help would greatly be appriciated. thanks !8)
