I have a 360 that I am going to use for my next build. 360 block, J heads with 2.02 1.60 stainless valves, Comp cams XE275HL cam kit, crane roller rockers and it will have a six pack setup on it. I still have to buy pistons for it, but before I do I need some help. I have a good stock stroke 360 crank but I have been kicking around the idea of buying a 4" stroke crank and appropriate pistons.My question is would I see much benefit from putting in a 4" stroke crank and using the heads as is without porting them. I did clean up the exhaust ports, just smoothed out some of the roughness. Give me your opinion on this. Also any power gain numbers.
