I am underneath the car taking some measurements for the 83/4 I have and expected rims I might need. 67 Dart
I measure the existing 71/4 rear end(10 bolts) and here is what I have.
leaf spring center to leaf spring center 43"
flange to flange I have about 49" How can this be when most info I have seen says it should be 51.4 or 53.2?? What is this out of?
Make matters worse the flange to flange on my 8 3/4 is about 51.5 which is right but the leaf to leaf spring center is only 41 3/4" I am assumimg the perches have been move for offset springs? I think the relocation postion measurement would be even smaller.
Any comments?
