Trying to start my 65 Valiant

I recently had the fuel tank soldered and cleaned on my 65 Valiant. It was leaking gas. I put a new float, seal, and sock on the sending unit before I put the tank back in. Then I put in 3 gallons of fresh 93 Octane. I've also rebuilt the 1bbl Holley because the previous owner said that's what was keeping it from starting. While I was getting all that done, I washed the engine bay out so I could read the numbers. Some of the electrical could've gotten wet, but it's been days since I've done, everything is dry now. Before I had the fuel tank patched and before I washed it, I primed the carb with some starting fluid and attempted to crank it and it flamed up for a second, and then when I added some gas it turned over and ran for a couple seconds until the fuel leaked out of the tank. I checked today after I had the tank back in and filled up. Fuel was getting to the filter, and it was getting from the filter to the carb. Then I turned the throttle lever and saw the fuel spraying into the intake manifold. So the fuel system is working. How do I determine what is wrong now? How do I find out if it's the points, condenser, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, or coil? The rotor and cap didn't look burned underneath.
