I'd like to relocate the springs on my 68 Cuda to the frame rail so i can run wider tires but I also want to run tailpipes. I've been underneath looking at it and it looks like I'd just have to do some fancy bending to bring the tailpipes outboard about 4" to run down the area the springs originally occupied but without the springs actually relocated I'm just guessing.
Does anybody here have there springs relocated to the frame rail and are running tailpipes? If so what size pipes are they? I'd like to get 2-1/2" pipes through there.
If anybody has any pics I'd love to see them.
