i just a got a 5.9 / 360 motor from a yard of a 99 Ram 1500, which will be going into my 74 Charger SE.
Need help find the parts that i would need for the swap.
For those that have done it before let me know how you did it and any feedback.
The list of parts i need to get so far:
'73 & Up Poly Spool 273/318 or 340/360 Replacement Kit from their site. 73PLA (340/360) from engine-swaps.com
Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-Gap Intake Manifolds 7577
Oil pan -http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sg...iew/make/dodge
Dip stick?
New water pump - Not sure yet from which company to buy it from.
As for Trans: we think out 74 came with a 727 which might be a perfect fit but needs to be rebuild due to the fact it will not go into reverse.
since i have the 360 out might as well get :
Headers ( hooker)
Cam ( not sure yet )
Exhaust
Ignition
