Is there an easier way to remove the strut rod other than having to remove the LCA? Retired mechanic from the dealership said they used to cut the rod, replace the bushings , then weld it up, not my way of doing things but guess if your flate rate you'll make an extra buck. PO installed poly bushings and this created 2 problems-I can't stand the sqeeks and the thicker bushings are pushing the LCA back and loosing postive caster.
