Ref: WP aluminum block vs. Indy Maxx

What are the opinions out here comparing the World Products aluminum wedge block vs. the Indy Maxx aluminum block? I know from my SBC knowledge, sometimes buying an aluminum block comes with a hidden $2k price tag attached for additional machinework and headaches. Im just looking at my wishlist in the future and pondering the options. I want to do a 528" and use my 440-1 top end.
As long as we're on the topic, anyone have experience with comparing assembly work for both companies? Both companies have assembled shortblocks available. It seems on here alot of people are unhappy with Indy customer service and work. I have read alot of good stuff about Best Machine, Diamondback, and Hughes.
I'm not trying to stir any pots, just curious about people's experiences.
