I'm freshening up a 1974 low comp 318 with a quick hone, new plasma moly rings and new bearings. I done some home bowl porting & port matched the 675 heads with larger 1.88 / 1.60 valves. SCR will be around 8.5:1 with Mr Gasket 1121G (0.028") head gaskets. Using a port matched Performer intake, 650cfm AVS2 carb, Prestolite dual point distributor, and 1-5/8" Dougs headers.
