The story of my moose hunt.

Now that I am getting back to normal, I will take the time to tell the story.

alright, this p/s crap is lame..but does anyone have a saginaw power steering pump…for a 72 v8?….i know mulitple years will fit it, but im just throwing it out there. pump, brackets and hardware please. thanks again

torsion bar suggestions for 318 Duster

I posted a similar post in the suspension forum and thought that maybe the race forum could give me a little more practical opinions.
In pulling the old exhaust we nicked a torsion bar with the cut off wheel so we need to replace it. The car is a 74 Duster with a 318 that we are building to get close to 400hp and then spray a 100 shot. It has 3.90 gears, XHD leaf springs and adjustable 90/10 front and 50/50 rear shocks.
Since we have to replace the torsion bar anyway what would the best ones be…

Pertronix’s Ignitor II and AutoMeter 2894 tach

Recently I had upgrade from a Pertronix’s Ignitor I system to a Pertronix’s Ignitor II system which includes their hotter coil. The car responded with quicker 60′ foot times but slowed down ET wise. I figured the problem was me short shifting due to incorrect tachometer readings. So the problem I am having now is my Auto Meter #2894 tachometer is reading incorrect at both lower and higher rpm’s.
