About ten years ago I bought a used engine from an acquaintance intending to put it in my car, then to have it rebuilt in a year or two. We’ll, I put it in my car and that was about it… here I am ten years later with the same un-rebuilt engine. I’m finally thinking about doing some upgrades and I want to know what parts I have before I swap them out for something else.

What happened? I have no experience selling on ebay.
I figure maybe the seller bought the item. They can end an auction early right?
The item got to the last hour. I was the high bidder. It ended before the time posted and the winner outbid me by two dollars. The seller didn’t have a “buy it now” on there but he said in the item description he would take 400 dollars (including shipping) for the item even though it was a “no reserve” auction. Does anyone out ther have a picture of the carb. linkage mounting/kickdown for a 340 with a Edelbrock manifold? I can’t find nothin no where no how.

1965 Dodge Dart 270. Needs resto or make an awesome race car. Still has the original slant six 225 auto on the coluum in it. Motor ran till the points froze up.
Comes with a complete Steal Crank 440, big block 727 auto and a b body 8 3/4 rear.

ok lets see where to start 340,40 over 195 psi cyc pressure ,port an bowl work to x heads port match intake ,284-528 528 purple cam 34*total timing ,holley750 72 jets primary 80 jets sec 38 squirter’s, msd , plugs gap 45, 391gears posi 904trany 2500 stall trans built buy pro 30 yr mopar trany guy ,it wont spin the tire,s in low gear 185/70/14 . it still a little on the lean side plug reading, but 72 was the largest jet i had at this time ,more on order . driving down the road normal i have a…

318 – 904 Transmission 7 1/4 rear end ,Long tube headers into 2 1/2 dual exhaust.
Disc brake conversion on the front end, all new wiring. custom dash with all electric guages.
Virtually all new or rebuilt components

Presently has 4 buckets, (I have original seat frames front buckets and rear bench.

Body was stripped down to bare metal before custom paint applied.
Needs interior finish.
