002/003 superstock springs
im gonna get these knowing its gonna be raked lol im not gonna lower it,does anyone have any pics of there dart with them not being lowed with blocks but how they come ,i want them high to clear some 275/60/15’s,no spring or well mods only rolled fender lips.its for a 74 dart swinger.my calculations say they will fit .im wondering if the height of the 002/003 springs will clear i mean if the tires hit it will be barelly with out the super stocks.im hoping the 002/003 will sit just above the…
finally painted – 72 scamp
Hi all,
This scamp almost killed me with all the work I put into it but it is finally in paint. F3 single stage enamel. I had to paint it twice because I just wasn’t happy with the results the first time around. I missed too many flaws. This time I think I got it right. Just waiting for the paint to cure more before I start wet sanding and wheeling it out.

Taking my valiant to local track tomorrow night for first time
Got a wild hair with wife out of town and decided to end season with a bang by taking valiant to our local 1/8th mile track Friday night then hitting areas largest fall car show Saturday. Have only taken her on two quarter mile passes before ( best of 15.8 @ 90mph )during a car show fun run so should be awesome. Hopefully I can get into 9’s and not break anything. Cam info – HE1423AL
Is anyone using or had used a Hughes HE1423AL camshaft? It’s an older camshaft and I couldn’t find specs like rpm range and lobe center installation. Glad to hear something about this camshaft. I’m planning to use it with a pair of magnum heads.
