On my 65 Polara 383 I have an idiot light on the dash, that comes from back of block drivers side. A few inches toward the passenger side roughly same location on block is an Allen plug, Can I remove the plug and use a proper oil gauge and line to mount inside below the dash, My guess is yes so just checking as I like to leave factory stuff there,, Thanks for any input Dave (Catfish65)
