nasty dodge magnum lol

Should my wifes v6 magnum out run or hang with a warmer dakota rt? I would think it should but I took the big nasty SLOW mag and my buddies rt couldnt pull from me. Another buddies rt stock its in the low 9s. The mag is in the low 60 sec
