I have been doing a little experimenting with the smoker again. I have been trying to make my own bacon. After a couple of tries I think I hit a home run. My wife even likes it and she usually doesn't eat bacon. This was just a 3 pound batch but after having some for breakfast I will be making more real soon. A big batch.
