Just finished another car up at the shop. No its not a Mopar sorry. This is my boss's new car 69 Nova. Will be getting a 468 and 4 speed at some point. I wish I took before pictures of this one. It was rusty. we did 1/4s, Outer wheel houses, trunk floor, door skins patched the rockers, fenders and window channels.
The metal work was done for a few months and the car was blocked once then the car sat in the corner for awhile. We came to a stand still on the 71 Barracuda we were doing so I told him I would have his done in a week as long as my Dart was next.
So every day for a week I blocked, primed and fixed small things. I dont think he thought I would get it done but Friday night at 10:00pm he sprayed it.
3 coats of Spies Hecker black and 3 coats of Transtar clear. Its got some dust in the paint, but man its pretty straight !
I bet he'll be cutting and buffing it on Monday.
