Hey guys i want to paint the inside of my fender wells but a lot of the paint under there is still good. Should i hit the rusty spots with this rust converting paint, then go over all of it with a flat black or something idk. Help appreciated. Also this under coating what do you guys do heat it up then scrape it off?
