it has a 4.7 in it, its a 2000. anyway it started hard from what the kid tells me, so i go out and it idles @700 then up to 2500 or so. we open the hood and thought i could hear it sucking air, then it quits. i try to restart it and sounds like it wanted to back fire through the tail pipe. i just dont know these mills at all. i am guessing maybe intake leak- crack? or maybe timing belt?? any ideas?? i will look at it more in the am.. maybe have to drag it to a friends shop,, oh its got 182,000 on her..
