Condensation inside marker lenses

I need some advice please. I have a recurring problem with condensation in the front marker lenses on the front of my Duster. I have ordered brand new gaskets and 3 different sets of lenses have been changed out trying to eliminate this issue. Every time I wash my car, the condensation builds up inside the front marker lenses. I have tried changing out the grille, marker lenses and screws and the gaskets and this keeps happening. the plugs for the marker/directional lights seem to be tight in the back of the grille where they mount in and you twist them to tighten them in place.

I have thought about maybe using a small amount of RTV around the lens covers but i am not sure that this would solve the problems. I am open to suggestions as to how to eliminate this issue. Thanks in advance!!!!
