Show Me Your Tips!!!!

Ok,
So I’m in the process of putting duals on my 74 swinger…. I’m not a fan of the 340 tips at all (sorry guys) and I’m almost thinking of just exiting out the sides before the rear wheels (think AAR) but before I make a decision, can you guys let me see what you did so maybe I can get some different ideas.

So, Show me your tips!

Thanks

Duster sub-frame connectors

Hey all, any preferences and/or recommendations for street car subframe connectors? Are there any decent bolt-ons, or is that a myth? I’m sure welding is better, but I’m not much of a welder. I would appreciate any product links and recommendations you’d have
This is a street/strip car, small block under 400 HP w/4 speed

75 Dart Sport Video

Short video of my Dart Sport, after installing the solid lifters, wanted to do it outside, but it was raining. The quality isn’t the best but its my first video. I’ll do some more outside after it quits raining. Shop and car are a mess, if it keeps raining guess I’ll have to clean it. Let me know what you think.

A sound energy solution ?

I’ve learned that we dont really use energy. We can only change its form. Every end result is heat regardless of what the energy strated as or how it is transformed. Polution and green house gasses may be reduced or eliminated but the heat will remain. So if we are causing global warming we will continue to (I think).
Anyway… Some seek alternative fuels for the things we’ve already created while others create new things that run on new energy types.
Solar and wind seem to be most…

Headliner Resto !!

I thought I’d post the results of our latest headliner resto from our 74 Dart Sport project car……….

Instead of buying a new one piece liner and paying the gosh-awful freight charges, I decided to restore the one we had….it was sagged in the front center which is common, and ragged in the front around the windshield, especially at the corners around the visor mounts.

I carefully removed the liner, and cleaned the old insulation completely with a shop vac….after a wipe with a damp…
