The Manifold Heat Control Valve on my 67 Polara 383 wA/C seems to be missing the thermostat on the back of the exhaust manifold. I've been trying to locate some gremlins that have been causing a ROUGH IDLE. Compression is okay. I've checked for and fixed vacuum leaks, reset the timing, reset the a/f mixture screws.
