Well, on Aug 31st this year I did the unthinkable in this economy.
I quit my job. It wasn't a hard choice, but Tammy did have to talk me into it. Work has been slowly changing the last few years. There is a lot more political BS and political correctness going around and even more uneccessary and redundant charting. I really hated going there the last couple of years.
It was time for a change.
We took some savings and paid off everything but the house to adjust our monthly bills to match a single income. Things are tight but ok. We have to make a small lifestyle adjustment, but we get to spend A LOT of time together. :cheers:
I worked nightshift the last 14 years. After a month and a half of getting spoiled, I don't think she is going to let me go back to work. 8)
