I got the torqueflite handbook read it twice and now I’m in the middle of doing some oil modifications !
I have Drilled the in and out of the of the oil feeds to 11/32″ ,I had the front pump support modified to help out oil flow,I all so got the output shaft support modified with a roller bearing and seal.
I working on putting a roller bearing in the low & reverse drum now.
I all so put the 4 bolt spag in as well.
I used good used parts to do these mods.
I”ll take some pictures to show the mods…

Anyone know if one can install an inside right tail light assembly to the outside left (or vise versa) by drilling holes for the studs? I don’t see any other difference in the two chrome surrounds.
For the life of me I don’t understand why the Chrysler engineers didn’t just design two tail lights and reverse them. So why the different stud locations? I know the outside lights had the backup light option but that would’nt affect anything as they placed a rubber plug in the back-up light hole if…

I have been doing exactly that over the last couple weeks.
A couple weeks ago i found out i could have a heart problem and my Dr. put me on a diet cut out caffeine and some other things i decided to go a step farther and put myself on an even more restrictive diet and started eating alot healthier and so far i have dropped 12 pounds!
Besides that i have also decided at the age of 34 to go back to school to get an associates degree in residential and commercial wiring,i start classes in 3 weeks….

I really could use some good pics of a small block oil dipstick installed. I cannot understand why all of the new ones I find for sale are absolutely straight as an arrow, because the hole in the front of Aaron’s 360 is drilled at an angle that would have the dipstick pointing right into the fuel pump.

Granted, this engine came from a van, and I know its dipstick can’t be used in his Dart, but the hole in the block wouldn’t be different, would it? I seems as though the correct dipstick must…

I need a set of 73 & up S6 to RB Shumacher mounts. If you have a set you are not using please let me know.
I bought a new set of S6 to small block mounts, and have decided to go 440 instead. I don’t really want to spend that money again, if someone has some they would trade for. I can trade the small block mounts, or ??? let me know what you need.

Need some help here guys. This Old Fart is frustrated and the patience thing is at the lowest level. Putting some TTI headers in and have the drivers side in but not bolted in yet. There is no tranny installed yet. Have raised the motor about 3 to 4 inches to give me some room, but the torsion bar seems to be in the way. Some of the bends in the headers are just a little large to get it in and down. How do I remove and re-install a passenger side torsion bar which is the obstacle. The books I…
