i thought i’d ask before i get one. is there a rebiuld kit for the fuel sending units for our cars? or are we stuck geting new ones?

I am toying with a wheel change.
The car is currently and will stay small bolt pattern. I will get some measurements as to what these are, but by all appearances they seem to be Stockton wheels. I am venturing on widths, I will have to take a tape measure to them later….. 15 x 7’s or 15 x 8’s
Rear have a deeper dish, but tires are 235/60/15 on all 4 corners.

Any interest out in the world, for wheels/caps/rings, or as an entire combo?

So, Monster Mopar happens, and I BARELY get Jezabel out to the show, because she died on the way there.

Then it becomes a mission to get her there, so I borrow a trailer and drag her with the Dak, all the while conscious of what a bad idea it was to tow it with a small truck (electric brake were functional).

My wife, a woman who is THE BEST, said I could get a truck, the Dak is 6 y/o now.

Last night I took my 70 to the track for the first time since 2000.

Best et: 14.31 @ 94 mph with a 2.19 60ft
Best trap: 14.43 @ 97.74 with a 2.39 60ft

Car is totally out of balance and the tires must be made out of axle grease, first gear was completely useless, which is ironic considering I’m running 3.23 gears, 28″ tall tires, with a 3K stall converter. Shift point was 5K, car would be completely out of breath at about 5200, I attribute this to the stock valve J heads and 625cfm carb….
