"Carbs only" out of California; A long standing member of the /6 site touts them often and knows every one of their /6 apps by heart.
What I'm looking for is a stand alone elec choke for a SB/TQ. I have a couple of original TQ chokes but am thinking they wont work with Magnum heads (no center heat passage) so i want something automatic that does not rely on heat from within the intake to work.
this is on my truck; original, '83 318 LA bottom end EQ "318-B" heads, standard Performer (not Air Gap, RPM etc) and about to swap my AFB for a TQ that spec's out as OE from an 80 truck 360.
The Performer has the OE style choke well on it.
