I have installed a new turn signal cam which is a piece of junk. It doesn't catch in either direction so I have to manually turn blinkers on and off. When I turn them off it is difficult to get the lever back exactly in the middle. I've noticed on another mopar that the lever just pops back to the middle. Is there a spring or something I am missing or is this done by the cam. Also, are the turn signals and brake lights the same element in the bulb or is it the turn signal and running light.
