local guy has an 8.25 from a 70's a body----
says it's a sure grip-- but doesn't know the ratio.
how do you tell the ratio-- if no tag is present?
how do you test the sure grip? (hold 1 side & try top spin the other?)
this would use larger shock mounts than a 7.25 would it not?
