Thanks for looking guys. Working with a 74 Scamp with a stock 1979 360, Holley 600dp and 727. Had my trans rebuilt buy a local reputable shop. Didn't get specific, cause I dont know, just told him build it for a future 408 with nice crisp shifts and 2500 stall. 450 hp max, a run at the track now and then. No problem. Works very nice otherwise, nice up shifts, downshifts, kickdown etc. Just has a noticeable quick squeal on a hard acceleration 2-3 upshift. 1-2 all good. First thought was...
