My Buddy Tom cleaned his engine compartment and was rewarded with a melted harness for his efforts. His car is a `70 with the standard cluster, non-A/C, ignition on the column. HELP! Needed ASAP....

The entire harness feels like under-cooked spaghetti from the bulkhead connector to the voltmeter.....fused SOLID. He's lucky he didn't burn the sucker to the ground.
