Question this is my 1968 barracuda 318 factory air, 4speed, should I restore it to a classic (which I am not thrilled about) or hot-rod it out? Which would be worth more? The reason I ask, I probably already know the answer, Is that I have a 63 Fairlane hot-rodded out and having trouble recouping my investment. Some of have probably seen were I posted about not liking the 4speed. I have a 5speed in the Fairlane and would rather cruise and relax not worrying about shifting and all. So if I were to hot-rod it, I would ditch the 318, and go with a 360 or new hemi 345-390hp. pull the 4sp. and go with a strong automatic, and covert to disc brakes, white interior, viper red paint, and the biggest tires I can fit without tubing.
I know a few of you will not like this, but anything would be better than puke green. Imagine the the last photo of the black barracuda in viper red with white interior.
