’68 Barracuda rear valance damage

I bought the car 3 or 4 months ago with some bad rear valance damage.







The guy I bought it from gave me this valance. ..







So, a few questions. .....

Would it be better to have a body shop fix my original or replace it with the donor. ..????

In Southern California, what is a ball park but realistic cost to repair/replace and just primer it?

I do most of my own work on my car, but I DON'T do body work.....

What say you? !!!
