In the process of putting the top end of the 340 back together. 72 Duster, 340, J-Heads w 2.02 intake, 727 w/RMVB, 3500 stall, 4.30 gears. The motor has what appears to be a decent cam (Unknown grind but really comes alive as the rpms increase), .30 over KB 1267 10.2 pistons, swapping Edelbrock 60779 closed chambered heads and ported the old Torker intake.
The car ran really well with the 650 Edelbrock carb before deciding to go with new heads, but I'm thinking a 750 might be...
