Is the 1965 ABody fuel tank filler tube installed after the tank is secured in place or is it pushed into the tank before installation? I am trying to picture this installation in my mind but coming up blank. I just don't remember fishing the filler tube into the quarter panel while at the same time jacking the tank straight up and in. Thank you.
