Can someone verify that I need an alternator with 2 field posts for my 1970 Belvedere 318 car? The one that is on there now is a one field with a ground post (pre-1970 I think) and they did not properly modify the wiring. Hence, the blue wire from the alternator is missing ALL the insulation!
