Would you trade a 65 plymouth belvedere II for a 62 Chrysler 300? both 2 door hardtops. I've always wanted a 300, problem is rust in the quarters and rockers. Everything else is solid. Car has a good running 383 4bbl, dual exhaust w/ a new (but velour) interior. Its the color combo I like (White w/ red interior) though I don't like velour. It has the said rust where the 65 has none except where the roof attaches to the body. the 65 has a good running 273. I got the 65 because it was so solid. The trunk still looks new, inserts and all. My intention was to build and sell it. The 62 on the other hand would be one I'd want to keep. What would you do?? I could probably get a trans and sure grip pumpkin to go w/ the 62. He wants $3000, where I'm looking for $4500 minimum.
