Where to start?

I finally am done with big house projects, garage will be set up tonight/tomorrow and it’s not hot in the shop anymore.

So I can start on this car again. Where is a good place to start when redoing the entire car and or does someone have like a chronological order in which they go in from bare bones car to finished?

I want to have some sort of directions instead of jumping from area to area without making any real progress or headway.
